Owner of FJM Consulting

With over 15 years of nonprofit experience, I have centered my career on advancing racial, social, and economic justice. I am a seasoned advocate and policy wonk who has worked in federal advocacy, led state-based campaigns, and have deep experience in implementation work with state and federal agencies.

My consulting practice helps organizations turn their mission into action—building programs that deliver real results for the communities they serve. I work across program design, stakeholder engagement, and implementation strategy to foster community power and create systems change. I am committed to partnering with organizations that actively work to strengthen community voices and transform who holds power within our systems.
