I prioritize working with clients who are committed to organizational and programmatic changes to support larger movements in our communities that build power and shift dominant and exclusive systems.

I offer strategic support as your organization moves through change cycles and navigates growth – whether that is implementing a new strategic plan, developing new initiatives, or shifting your organization into a more grassroots, community-centered model. Expanding or shifting work requires holding the staff responsible at its core and I excel in facilitating spaces to build understanding, collaboration, and consent; and navigating hard conversations around strategy and visioning.

I have led, managed, and coached teams through multi-layer and multi-year strategies; and provided solid plans of how to shift organizational work and capacity to create room for new or developing work that center communities. I am able to build and expand work that is mindful of budget and long-term fundraising to support longevity and sustainability of your organization’s visions. Services can include:
  • Creating and visioning out department work plans
  • Facilitation and creation of foundational documents and operating agreements
  • Department structure, tools, and process development
  • Build role clarity and capacity for new and developing work
  • Facilitating hiring processes and/or position creation for capacity building
  • Program budget or long-term fundraising support including grant writing or case statement creation

I am a skilled program developer and project manager that can support your organization in creating community-centered program work by planning out and integrating community input into long-term work, initiatives, and policy campaigns. I will guide your organization to be able to hold the thread of your central values that are rooted in community and use those values as an anchor point in long-term strategy.

Services can include:

  • Planning and implementation of new program work
  • Coalitions and committee development to support specific campaigns or overarching policy goals
  • Project management and research support in early planning stages
  • Creation and development of policy concepts packages, and/or recommendations at the inter- or cross- organizational level
  • Design and implementation of community input activities such as focus groups or surveys

As a seasoned facilitator and trainer, I will work with your organization to support or onboard new or existing staff as they develop and implement your organization’s programmatic vision. Instead of using an existing training format, I tailor curriculum to your team’s unique needs. I lead workshops and training sessions with an eye for the larger strategy while also equipping staff with the practical skills they need to implement that strategy. I am highly skilled in coaching and supportive problem solving.
